Elm Grove Predator Hunt and Wild Hog Jackpot will be held Saturday and Sunday, March 19th and 20th, 2011. Registration will be from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Saturday, downtown Elm Grove, FM Highway 765 at the Elm Grove Fire Station. Check in is at 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. Sunday at the same place.

Predator Hunt will pay 3 places (1st place also gets 3 Streamlight Jr.Led's), registration fee is $50.00 per team. A team consists of not more than three people. A tie will be decided by coin toss. All state and federal laws will apply. Predators must be taken during the hours of the hunt (registration to check in). Predators may be taken from all counties where the county line is within 50 miles of Elm Grove. No professional hunters or trappers will be allowed.

Points List: Mountain Lion, 50; Coyote, 20; Bobcat, 10; Red Fox, 10; Grey Fox, 5; Badger, 5; Raccoon, 2; Ringtail, 2; Beaver, 1; Possum, 1; Nutria, 1.

Wild Hog Jackpot will pay 1 place, winner takes all. You must enter the Predator hunt to enter the Wild Hog Jackpot. Registration fee is $15.00 per team and the same team rules and tie rules apply. All state and federal laws apply. 1 point will be awarded for each identifying part brought to check-in (identifying part to be announced at sign in). The team with the most points will win.
