When we hear, "I’ll get back with you," we have some anticipation of the person’s response. We figure that the real answer is no – they just don’t say no.

Paul essentially heard these words from Felix after he trembled at the teaching of the gospel. He was interested and possibly convicted that he needed to make a change, but not moved to action. Salvation comes when we act upon our faith.

Philippians 1:6: Paul says that he is "confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus."

Paul was confident that we need to be finishers, putting our faith into action.

Don’t tell the Lord that you will get back to Him. Obey Him now.
