Kelly Tarpley to present March 8th & 15th Do Well, Be Well Programs

The Do Well, Be Well Diabetes Education Program will continue on March 8th and 15th with Kelly Tarpley, Dietitian at the Scott & White Hospital of Llano. Both sessions (on March 8th & 15th) will begin at 5:15 at Rylander Library. Tarpley will discuss Nutrition-First Step to Diabetes Management and One Diabetes Diet-No Longer the Sole Option on the 8th and Nutrition Labels and For Good Measure and Eating Out on the 15th. The program is being sponsored by the Texas AgriLife Extension Service-San Saba County. There is a one time registration fee of $10.00 for participating.
