Vice President Dorothy Gage called meeting to order. Members answered roll call with "Something you want to happen this year". Six members and one guest were present. Those attending were Dorothy Gage, Suzanne Walters, Amanda Jackson, Kim Wells, Faye Currie, Betty Wilson and guest, Carolyn McDowell.

Faye gave treasurer report and council report. She said that Live Oak Club will furnish all paper goods for May Event meeting and each club will provide a basket for silent auction. Members were encouraged to make an entry for cultural arts exhibit at May Event.

Carolyn McDowell presented the program on food safety. She discussed 10 myths and facts on determining if cooked food is safe to eat. The program was very interesting and informative.

Refreshments were served by Betty and Dorothy.
