Receipts totaled 1978 head for the week. The market moved higher this week with strong demand on all classes. Stocker steers sold $5 higher and stocker heifers were $5-$6 higher. The feeder steers were $5 higher and feeder heifers sold $3 higher. Packer cows and bulls sold steady compared to last week’s jump. The top packer cows brought $87 and the top packer bulls sold for $94.
