Malissa Mims, Director of the Dove Project in San Saba, will be part of a March on Monday, February 14th with the Texas Council on Family Violence in Austin, Texas.

Malissa will personally meet with our District Legislators and ask for state funding for the Family Violence Program. She will be taking around 150 cards signed by people in this area that support full funding of family violence services. Those in need of the Dove Project services have nowhere to turn if there are cuts in funding.
