Travis Shannon is on the Angelo State University meat judging team that returned Monday night after spending ten days in Denver, Colorado, where they participated in the 2011 National Western Intercollegiate Meat Judging contest. They will leave Tuesday for Fort Worth for another contest.

Susan Perry has begun her student teaching. She has second graders the first half of the semester and will then be working with special ed. students, which is her major field. She will be graduating from Angelo State University on May 7.
