Medicare Annual Enrollement Period

The Area Agency on Aging of Central Texas (AAACT), the designated State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP) for Milam County, will be at the San Saba Senior Center from 9am to 3pm, Friday, December 17

The AAACT will screen Medicare beneficiaries concerning eligibility for Low-Income Subsidy (LIS – also known as Extra Help). Individuals who qualify for Extra Help receive assistance in paying their Medicare drug plan’s monthly premium, yearly deductible, coinsurance and copayments.
