Texas Agrilife Extension Service, Llano County, will be hosting a program on Hair Sheep Production on December 22, 2010 at 5:30 p.m. at the Texas AgriLife Extension Office in Llano, 1447 E. State Hwy. 71-Unit E, Llano. Dr. Frank Craddock, the Sheep and Goat Specialist for Texas AgriLife Extension Service in San Angelo, will be the speaker at the program. With the number of small acreage farms increasing and all owners always looking for ways to use and manage their land, hair sheep are becoming more popular because of their advantages over regular sheep and goats.
