Reading is such an important aspect of an education. Valerie Gossett works to maintain a library that is both educational and enjoyable. Valerie Gossett reports on an analysis of our Library’s marc records which check our library’s integrity. According to the analysis, Richland Springs’ library is in the top of our class as far as small school libraries, and even when compared to 2A libraries. This is a goal Mrs. Gossett has been striving for since she first began as librarian here. Kudos for the great review! In other library news, thanks to all who supported the Scholastic Book Fair fundraiser. Our library earned $602 worth of books from the Book Fair. Each and every dollar you spent at the annual Book Fair helped to put new books in the hands of our students. Mrs. Gossett is working to make the library a better place to read!!!
