The Cherokee Indians played a non-varsity game against the Brookesmith Mustangs last Friday night and came away with a 50-0 victory. The Indians recorded a 1-0 win by forfeit as the Mustangs did not have enough varsity players. Tucker Corsi scored 2 TDs for the Indians. Josh Brown recorded 1 TD. Mikey Smith scored 1 TD as did Burnam Sloan and Damion Cooks. Logan Lopez scored the last TD of the game just before the half ended. Cham Fox tacked on 4 PAT kicks. Josh Brown and Stephen Austermann had 1 fumble recovery each.

The Indians will square off with the Mullin Bulldogs at home Friday night at 7:30. Both teams are sporting 2-1 records. The winner will advance to the playoffs. Come out and support the Indians.
