Four ladies, Sandee Hartley, Becky Hardin, Shirley Hardin, and Janet Hoyt attended the monthly traveling 4-ball tournament in Fredricksburg on October 21, 2010 with Sandee being on the First Place team and Shirley’s team won one ball. The weather was beautiful and the ladies had a great time at the Lady Bird Course.

Jo Anne Hardy and Anita Miles had a round at the San Saba River Course that day, as they were unable to attend the 4-ball tourney and Anita was Low Gross and Jo Anne Low Net and they both chipped in. It doesn’t get much closer than that for competition at it’s best. Bobbie Churchill and Pat Ribb joined the ladies and they all had lunch together.

November 4, 2010 will be the date for the monthly business meeting and all members are urged to be present. The ladies will be having ham and cheese sandwiches at the RV Community Room after play and it will be a fun day. We always welcome guests, so this would be a good day to visit and perhaps become a part of this organization. It’s so much fun to be "swinging!"
