The San Saba Ladies Golf Association met October 14, 2010 for play day with the Chair for October, Becky Hardin, calling for a game of ‘Putt for Dough’. Anita Miles won First with 30 putts, Dorothy Sterner was Second with 31 putts, and Sandee Hartley was Third with 33 putts. Anita scored the Low Gross and Janet Hoyt scored the Low Net for the day. Janet just keeps improving and scored the third lowest score of the day. Becky Hardin and Sandee Hartley both chipped in to split the chip in pot and Jo Ann Snow and Hattie Rogers completed the group. Pat Ribb joined the ladies for lunch. It’s good to have Pat back with the ladies for fellowship.

We are still encouraging other lady golfers to come down on Thursdays at 9:00 AM and play a round with us. We always have fun and do lunch and would so love to have new members. It’s such fun to be in the sun and be ‘swinging!’
