Fellowship of Christian Women’s Luncheon is planning to meet in the fellowship hall of First Baptist Church in San Saba next Thursday, October 28th, beginning at 11:30 a.m. Ladies of this church extend an invitation to all the ladies of the county and hope you can make your plans to attend. The luncheon is featuring Fall Foods and treating our youngest ladies in their 20’s. Other ages are encouraged to bring any covered dishes to share around the serving tables. A lovely lady from Lubbock, Texas has agreed to come and share information concerning the Methodist Children’s Home here in Central Texas. The second part of her talk will be titled "Praying in Color" an instruction that could enhance our prayer lives. Maggie Rogers is a spokesperson for the Methodist Church Homes and travels Texas and New Mexico sharing testimonies and ministry about the 260 children in 3 locations. She also leads seminars and we are indeed looking forward to our time together. Maggie is a delightful lady you won’t want to miss!
