Bret Aaron Martin

Bret Aaron Martin, age 38 of Forney, TX and previously a longtime resident of Rockwall, TX, passed away October 4, 2010. He was born August 21, 1972, in Garland, TX, to James Ray and Karen Diane (Sowell) Martin. Bret was a supervisor for a beverage vendor company at Cowboy Stadium and the American Airlines Center.

Bret is survived by his wife, Glenna Rene (Crain) Martin of Forney, TX; "four-legged child", Aston Martin; dad and mom, Jim and Diane Martin of Hideaway and Rockwall, TX; parents-in-law, Dwaine and Pam Helton of Mesquite, TX and Neal and Kay Crain of San Saba; brothers, Zack Martin of Rockwall, TX and Tate Martin and wife Carrie of McKinney, TX; sister, Kindle Martin of Dallas, TX; grandparents-in-law, Leon and Roberta Helton of Hillsboro, TX; brothers-in-law, Cody Lunsford and wife Heather of Dallas, TX; Clay Lunsford of Mesquite, TX; Sean Crain of Dallas, TX; and Nick Helton of Mesquite, TX; uncle, David Martin of Tyler, TX; aunts, Mary Monkress of Jacksonville, TX, and Wanda Michaels of Tyler, TX; nieces, Bella Martin of McKinney; Lauren Lunsford of Austin, TX; and Carson Lunsford of Forney, TX; and nephews, Kade and Brennen Lunsford of Mesquite, TX.

Bret was preceded in death by his grandparents, Oliver and Wynona Sowell, Pearl and Cliff Jones, and Morris Martin.

This young man will truly be missed. He and his wife were loved by many, many people. We give thanks for his time on earth.

Memorial service was held Saturday, October 9, 2010 at The Pier at Lake Pointe Church, Rockwall, Texas.
