The next Lunch & Learn will be Friday, October 15th 12 noon at the 1st Methodist Church. Featured speaker will be Kay Stewart of San Saba discussing Wholesome Bread Making 101.

Stewart will demonstrate how to grind the wheat to make the flour and also the mixing and baking of the bread. Participants will get to sample the bread as part of the light lunch.

There is no cost for the hour long session sponsored by the Extension Education Council and the FCS Committee, but participants are encouraged to RSVP to the San Saba County Extension Office at 325-372-5416 or cl-mcdowell@tamu.edu so there is plenty of food for the lunch.
