Receipts totaled 1313 head for the week. The market was strong and active with stocker steers and heifers selling steady and feeder steers and heifers also selling steady. Packer cows were $3 higher and bulls were $2 higher. A large offering of open F-1 Tiger stripe heifers were sold with good demand with one set of 45 averaging 710 @ 1.45 and a set of 40 averaging 810 lbs @ 1.36. No sale in Mason in observance of Labor Day holiday.
