Don’t miss Cherokee’s 3rd annual Super Saturday set for October 23 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. See the many arts, crafts, antiques, and collectibles. Other booths will offer food and refreshments. Live music and entertainment will be ongoing throughout the day for your enjoyment. If you are interested in having your own booth, or if you need more information, please contact Kaci Morrison at 622-4495 or email tkttmorr@centex.net . Booth cost is $20, and electricity is available if necessary. Be there either as a vendor or a shopper!

The Cherokee Volunteer Fireman’s Supper was a great success. The food was delicious, a big crowd and good donations.

We extend our sympathy to the family of Guzman Herrera. Funeral services for Guzman was in Houston.

Mark your calendars for September 24 and 25 for the Cherokee Reunion.

Nettie Jean Randolph had the Dickison Reunion at her house last weekend. She had at least 88 people. Cousins came as far as California, Chicago and Australia.

Jane Randolph had a class reunion at her house on Saturday.
