Fellowship of Christian Women to hold luncheon September 23rd
Thursday, September 16, 2010 • Posted September 16, 2010

Next Thursday, September 23rd, Fellowship of Christian Women will be gathering in Richland Springs for an Autumn Treats Luncheon beginning at 11:30 a.m. in the downstairs fellowship hall of the First Baptist Church.

Ladies of this church will be hostess and this month we are treating ladies in 80’s and 90’s. Other ages are to bring Autumn Treats of their choice to share around the serving tables. A nursery can be available if arrangements are made in advance with Sharon Hayes. Remember to bring food for your children, if you want them to eat during the luncheon.

Mrs. Jake Mims has agreed to come and share an informative talk with us about the progress of the Dove Project. Jake and Malissa were both born and raised in San Saba County and moved back in 2009.They have a two year son named Jadon. Malissa became the Executive Director last year and coordinates her work with love and compassion. We are indeed looking forward to hearing her message and how the Dove Project is growing and developing under her leadership. Hope you will make your plans to attend next week, enjoy the fellowshipping time together and hear from this precious young lady.
