Thursday, August 19, 2010 • Posted August 19, 2010

The Girl Scouts of Central Texas are offering opportunities for volunteers who are committed to helping girls develop courage, confidence and character.

Volunteers are the heart and sould of Girl Scouting, whether you have an hour, a day, a weekend or more. Girl Scouts has an opportunity that's right for you.

As a volunteer, you can choose from several exciting and flexible Girl Scout Pathways (a variety of different ways for girls and adults to participate in our organization), which offer you the freedom to tailor your level of involvement to fit your schecule and lifestyle.

Whether you choose to work directly or indirectly with girls on a short or long-term basis, you will get all the instruction, guidance and support you will need to fulfill the responsibilities of your volunteer role successfully as you guide girls through the New Girl Scout Leadership Experience.
