The outdoor ceremony was performed in front of a flowing water fountain surrounded by red, yellow and turquoise plants, the bride's chosen colors. Large yellow roses were displayed as a memorial to loved ones smiling down on this special day.

A reception party was held in the enclosed arena immediately following the exchange of vows where a catered barbecue and beverages of choice were served to 225 registered guests, including many friends and relatives from San Saba, Lometa, Lampasas, Ft. Worth, Lubbock, Abilene, Coleman, Odessa, Gordon, Stephenville, Denver City, and Belton.
