Receipts totaled 2294 head for the week. The market moved dollars higher on all classes of cattle. Stocker steers sold $5 to $7 higher and heifers were $5 higher. The feeder steers were $2 to $5 higher with several drafts of 700 weights in the $1.10 to $1.14 range and 600 weights $1.12 to $1.22 on the front end kind. Packer bulls were $2 higher and packer cows were $2 to $3 higher. The weaned cattle were in good demand selling $5 to $8 higher, depending on size and kind, compared to non-weaned.

Steers: choice lightweight calves 135-158, choice medium weight calves 120-130, choice heavyweight calves 113-122

Heifers: choice lightweight calves 115-131, choice medium weight calves 110-144.50, choice heavyweight calves 105-115

Yearlings: choice lightweight steer yearlings 110-116.50, choice heavyweight steer yearlings 103-112, choice lightweight heifer yearlings 93-102.50, choice heavyweight heifer yearlings 87-92, #2 steer calves and yearlings 93-118, #2 heifer calves and yearlings 87-110, shorties & plainer calves and yearlings 75-85

Bred Cows: choice bred cows - no test, medium to good bred cows - no test, plainer & older bred cows - 640-750

Slaughter Cows: high yield 63-69, medium yield 58-62, low yield 52-57, heiferetts and young stock 65-80

Bulls: high yield – 75-79, medium yield – 70-74, low yield – 65-69, feeder 65-73

Pairs: choice – 1000-1200, medium to good – 880-990, plainer & older – 750-870
