Loretta Green Taylor

Loretta Green Taylor, 75, of Richland Springs, Texas, passed away on Saturday July 10, 2010 at Brownwood Regional Hospital. She was born March 27, 1935 in Georgetown, Texas, the daughter of Lester Green and Eugenia Harrell.

Loretta Green Taylor and Bill Moore were united in marriage in 1954 in Richland Springs. She was preceded by him in death. She married Kenneth Taylor in 1975. She was a Secretary for Law Enforcement and was a member of the Baptist Church.

She is survived by her son, Ronald Moore and his wife Shela of Richland Springs; and Russell Moore and his wife Linda of Lockhart; grandchildren, Ronda Strain, Emily Moore, Sarah Moore, and Meredith Moore; great grandchildren, Amanda Strain; brothers, Frank Green and his wife Barbara of Abernathy; her sister, Barbara Holmes of Austin; and several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husbands, one brother David Green, and one nephew, Bentley Green.

Funeral Services were held Tuesday, July 13, 2010 at 3:00 P.M at The First Baptist Church of Richland Springs with Rev. Barry Fikes officiating. Interment was at Richland Springs Cemetery.

The family requests that memorials be made to the Richland Springs Cemetery Association.
