The classes of 1950 and 1951 merged together again and had their annual reunion in the San Saba Armadillo Arena on June 5th, 2010.

A large display of old memorabilia, pictures, and other items were there to look at and enjoy in remembrance of their days gone by.

Betty Jean Inman donated another one of her beautiful paintings, titled "Old Rock Wall," to be raffled off to some lucky member.

The lunch, catered by Betty Ann and Tommy Johnson was excellent. The menu consisted of pork steak, chicken, sausage, pinto beans, potato salad, green salad, and rolls and numerous delicious desserts, iced tea, water and coffee.

Before the lunch was served, a prayer and blessing of the meal was given by Daryl Daniel from the Class of '51.

After the meal, Morris "Hooker" Reavis got everyone's attention as Rita Virginia Jenkins and Eddie Edwards proceeded to draw names for the raffle of Betty's beautiful painting. The luck winner was Jean (Moore) Tombaugh. Congratulations Jean!! Other nice prizes were won by other lucky members.

The class of '50 observed the loss of two more fellow classmates. Mildred Harkey Bearss and Marie Ledbetter Clark. Other classmates that have passed on with loving memory are: Laverne Hamrick, Clarence Hamrick, Joe Hartley, Ross Maxwell, Glen Sanderson and Edgar Thornton.

Those who attended the 10th annual reuntion of the Class of '50 were: Cloyd Edmondson, Elvis Joe and Joyce Ballew, Rita Virginia (Moore) Jenkins and daughter Celia Mahan Lightfoot, Eddie and Rae Edwards, Jack and Vondene Wilder, Charles and Pam Oliver, Bess (Longmire) Wilcox, Helen (Edwards) Brister and Janice Brister, M.R. Reavis (Hooker) and LoEtta, Gladys (Felts) and Jack Dickison, Tommy Harkey, Betty (Lambert) and Bob Inman, Chris (Riggs) Moses, Lavern (Whitley) and Billy Hale, Robert and Sue Broyles, Wendell and Bessie Till and Pat Reavis (guest).

Those who attended the annual reunion of the Class of '51 were: William (Bill Ed) Roberts, Keith and Peggy Dickenson, J.T. and Shirley Smithhart, Bobbie Claudia Gage McNeely, Randell McBride, Frank Shaw, Bonnie (Mills) Reeves, Jean (Moore) Tombaugh, Max Mahan, Jack and Gladys (Felts) Dickinson, Daryl and Nelda Daniel, Nancy Hines, Bradley and Sheila Giesalhart, Abby, Kevin, and Page Giesalhart, Bill and Mary Evelyn Brister, and Cindy Prater (daughter).

The Classes of 1950 and 1951 renewed their bonds of friendship, their enjoyment of each others company, and the expectations of sharing many more visits with each other in the future, unanimously agreed to meet again in June of 2011.
