2 TIMOTHY 3:1-5 "This know also that in the last days perilous times shall come. Men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, disobedient to parents, blasphemers, unthankful, and unholy. Truce-breakers, false accusers, fierce, despisers of those that are good, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God: having: a form of Godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such, turn away." (Some of this was omitted to save space. Please read it from your Bible.)

Any who see this prophesy should have a very excited and serious feeling. It is going to happen just like Timothy saw it. When God's Holy Spirit showed it to him, he believed it and wanted to share it with all who would also believe it. We don't have to be expert Bible scholars to see many things mentioned in his vision. They are happening all around us every day, and we know they are not the normal events we expect in our present and future. Scripture is clear to show what will happen in the last days when Christ returns to earth and gathers those who have followed Him. Two women may be working together, one will be taken and the other will be left behind. two men may be working on a roof according to the Bible: one will be taken and the other will be left. Right now is the time to prepare and make sure we will be one of those Christ will take, and we will experience great happiness and joy if we do believe He will receive us. Then we will feel great sorrow for the ones who do not pay the price to choose Christ's way and continue to seek pleasure and treasure. We are seeing the vast majority of people that are making a terrible mistake to ignore the clear Bible teachings and prepare for Christ's return and choose Him and the future He can give.

The Bible mentions in several place where God brought evil nations against His own people and let them punish His people when they became so wicked it angered Him. And the Bible shows they were punished without mercy. That is a terrible possibility, and should strongly warn us.

My friends, here is a question I want to ask you to think about and answer. How far do you believe America and the whole world are becoming sinful enough that God may do that very thing again? We have to know our world is becoming very sinful. We should also know that it is hurting our precious God. If you can see and feel that, you are on the right track. So go a little further and ask yourself: Does it also hurt you to know God is being ignored, not respected nor loved and praised like He should be? I hope most will feel that way.
