Receipts totaled 918 head for the week. Demand was good with stocker steers and heifers selling $2 higher. Feeder steers sold steady and heifers sold $2 to $3 higher. Packer bulls and cows were steady. Pairs and bred cows sold $50 higher. There was no sale in Mason this week in observance of Memorial Day.

Steers: choice lightweight calves 115-150, choice medium weight calves 108-122,choice heavyweight calves 105-111

Heifers: choice lightweight calves 108-125, choice medium weight calves 98-118, choice heavyweight calves 95-112

Yearlings: choice lightweight steer yearlings 100-106, choice heavyweight steer yearlings 98-103, choice lightweight heifer yearlings 93-119, choice heavyweight heifer yearlings

85-89, #2 steer calves and yearlings 90-110, #2 heifer calves and yearlings 85-105, shorties & plainer calves and yearlings 75-85

Bred Cows: choice bred cows - 850-910, medium to good bred cows – 730-840, plainer & older bred cows – 580-725

Slaughter Cows: high yield 57-61.50, medium yield 54-57 low yield 50-53, heiferetts and young stock 60-75

Bulls: high yield – 72-75, medium yield – 68-71, low yield – 64.50-67, feeder 64.50-70

Pairs: choice – 960-1060, medium to good – 860-950, plainer & older – 750-850
