Mission San Saba to begin work
Thursday, June 3, 2010 • Posted June 3, 2010

Mission San Saba will begin its 7th annual home makeover on June 6, 2010. Kicking off this year's project will be a brisket sandwich lunch sponsored by the Pecan Valley Son Riders. Lunch will be served at the San Saba courthouse on Sunday, June 6, 2010 beginning at approximately 11:00 a.m. Donations will be accepted with 100% of the proceeds being donated to Mission San Saba. Please plan to come and have lunch in support of this project.

Work on the project will begin Sunday afternoon, June 6th and go through Saturday, June 12th. Volunteers are encouraged to come and take part in this very worthwhile cause. There is much to do and everyone is needed in order for this project to be completed in one week. Meals for the volunteers are also needed. If you or your organization would like to prepare a meal, please call Donna Blossman at 325-623-5429 or 325-372-1070.

Mission San Saba will be working at 505 S. High at the home of Bill and Melba Temples. We invite you to come and watch the progress as it takes place throughout the week and take part in Bill and Melba's homecoming as we bring them home on Saturday, June 12th.
