There will be clinics for incoming 7th graders to 12 graders who want more than just basic skill work. These sessions will be four hours long. The players will learn proper fundamentals, plus singles strategies, doubles strategies, playing the pressure points, and mental toughness and drills. These two sessions will be on June 22 – 25 and July 26 – 29. The times are from 8 a.m. to 12 a.m. The cost is $100 per session. You may come to one or both sessions.

Adults, if you would like to learn how to play tennis or would like to improve your skills, Coach Cox will give group lessons at night during the summer. Times and dates are flexible so contact Coach Cox if you are interested.

One more reminder there is an adult league going on now thru the summer on Monday nights starting at 6:30 p.m. For more information contact Cheray Haverland or Coach Cox or just come to the tennis courts on Monday nights.

I would also like to thank the Tennis Association for donating the money and Karl Haverland for building the benches for the tennis court and water cooler stands. Get your racquets out and play some tennis.
