Jessica Reyes and Caleb Skinner are pleased to announce their engagement. Jessica is the daughter of Mr. Alex Reyes and the late Leticia Reyes of Richland Springs. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jesus Reyes of San Saba and Mrs. Mary Beth Moore and the late Mr. James O. Moore II of Richland Springs. Caleb is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Fred and Lana Skinner of Baytown. He is the grandson of Mr. Andy Sikes and the late Mrs. June Sikes of Liberty; Ms. Mickey Eason of Hull; and Mr. Billy Joe Cain of Liberty.
