Sunday, June 6, 2010 is National Cancer Survivors Day. On Friday, June 4, 2010, the San Saba Senior Center will host its 2nd annual luncheon and reception from 1:00-3:00 p.m. co-sponsored by the American Cancer Society. The Center is in need of food donations such as salads, desserts or appetizers. Volunteers are needed as well to be hosts and hostesses to greet, serve and generally make everyone feel welcome. This is a wonderful opportunity to show community support and honor the lives of those who have overcome so much. Please join us as we celebrate life.

Space is limited to the first 40 respondents and reservations will be needed by June 1st. Survivors who would like to attend can RSVP by calling Linda Mixon at 325-372-5833.
