Scholarships money presented to Howard Payne University from Texas Bank to be awarded in Brown, Coma - School & Sports - San Saba News & Star

On Monday, April 12, C. Norman Tinkler (right), vice chairman and chief executive officer of TexasBank, presented Howard Payne University President Dr. Bill Ellis with a check on behalf of TexasBank for $25,000. The money will be awarded in student scholarships for residents and graduates from high schools in Brown, Comanche, Mills and San Saba Counties. (Photo by Kalie Lowrie)
