The Lometa Cemetery Association Board met recently to review progress made during the past two years and to plan future improvements. The appearance of the Lometa Cemetery grounds was primary concern of the board members and they will be out in force with relatives and friends on Saturday, May 1st, starting at 9:00 a.m. to have a big spring clean up of the cemetery.

President of the Board, Travis Herring, encourages all cemetery plot owners interested in helping with the grounds grooming, to come out with their lawnmowers, rakes, hedge clippers, or just bring your helping hands to help make this a successful project.
