The Masonic Bodies of San Saba will hold their annual bake sale fundraiser Thursday, April 22nd at the courthouse square. The proceeds will benefit a college bound senior from San Saba and Cherokee high schools, which will receive the Lamar Medal & Award at the annual Seniors Banquet planned for Monday, May 3rd.

This will be the 20th year that the Masonic Lodge has hosted a Seniors Banquet and the 22nd year to present the Lamar Award. All college-bound seniors from Cherokee and San Saba High Schools are encouraged to make application for the award. All seniors from each school whether planning to attend college or not, are invited to attend the banquet. There is no charge for the banquet and all seniors should be receiving a written invitation in the mail to attend.
