Harriet J. Weese, 77, of San Saba passed away Wednesday, March 24, 2010, at Brownwood Regional Medical Center. She was born June 13, 1932, in Jacksonville, Florida, to Charles and Mervyn Johnson. She married Jim Weese in Jacksonville, Florida, on May 30, 1997.

Harriett is survived by her husband, Jim Weese of San Saba, Texas; two sons, Jimmy Weese and his wife Jean of Auburn, Alabama; and Roy Weese and his wife Pam of Palo Alto, California; two daughters, Sheila Turner of Jacksonville, Florida; and Toni Jones of Jacksonville, Florida; five grandchildren; and ten great-grandchilden.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Harriett was a member of St. Luke’s Episcopal Church, San Saba, Texas.

A Memorial Service was held at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church in San Saba on Sunday, March 28, 2010, at 1:00 PM, with Rev. William Grusendorf, officiating.

The family requests that memorials be made to the Shriner’s Hospital for Children.
