Thursday, March 18, 2010 • Posted March 18, 2010

Angie Vaughn brings many attributes to our home, as she is wonderful at multi-tasking.

Her official title is Medical Records, (which she is wonderful at) and she is always eager to lend a hand in any department that needs her help. She is organized and professional, but is also very personable.

When time allows, she loves to be with the residents and they love to talk to her.

Favorite thing about living in Texas? I have a nice home located in a beautiful area, which I enjoy.

Least favorite thing about Texas? Most of west Texas.

Where would you live if not here? Florida

Pet peeve while driving? People who pass in no passing zones.

Craziest habit? Speaking what is on my mind, usually irritates people.

Person in history that you would like to meet? Red Skelton, because he seemed to be a genuinely nice man, who enjoyed making people laugh.

Actress that would play you in a movie about your life? Dianne Keaton.

Something you look forward to? One day, meeting Jesus and my older sister, Dela Lou.

Motto in life? Treat others as you want to be treated, with respect.

Beauty secret? Jergen's facial cream.

Greatest strength? My compassion for others and my faith.

If I were someone famous, I would be: President, because I would pass a law that the legal marriage age would be 21. I would give people more time to think about making such an important, lifelong decision.

Something that you are suprisingly good at? Being a granny to Riley and Ruston. They are the joy of my life.

What do you like to do in your leisure time? I like to spend time doing things with my grandsons. I enjoy games shows and T.V. shows.

Ancient Chinese secret? Witch Hazel, placed on a minor cut will help stop or slow down bleeding.

What is the difference between the time when you were growning up, and now? Simplicity . Seems like people are stressed and hurried. Not enough people take time to enjoy like and to be thankful.
