Lady Dillo Track Report
Thursday, March 11, 2010 • Posted March 11, 2010

We had our first track meet of the year in Hico, America. We finished 5th overall scoring 68 points. For our first meet I thought we did fine due to the crazy weather conditions that we’ve been experiencing the last two weeks as far as working out plus the fact that most of our girls just got out of basketball. The main thing was that we wanted to COMPETE and I thought the girls did a great job of doing just that. Our times were not great but they will fall as we get in better shape. I’m not

worried about our times at this point in the season. If we can stay healthy and keep competing then I think several Regional spots could be ours in the future. When the paper comes out we will be competing on Thursday in Holland. Our next meet after Holland will be Saturday, March 20 in Sonora which will be over Spring Break.
