The San Saba Ladies Golf Association met April 17, 2008 for play day with the following members present: Jo Ann Snow, Bobbie Churchill, Pat Ribb, Nell McHorse, Jo Anne Hardy, Hattie Rogers, Dorothy Sterner, Sandee Hartley, and Anita Miles. The Chair for April, Jo Ann Snow, called for a game of Low Gross, Low Net, and Low Putts.

The Chair knew her game, she won Low Gross and Low Putts and won the chip in pot! Jo Ann Snow has had great golf games for the last two weeks! Low Net went to Bobbie Churchill. Jo Anne Hardy scored a birdie.

The Spring Four Lady Tournament will be May 17, 2008 and you should enter your team as soon as possible by contacting Anita Miles at 325-372-3581 or email anitass@centex.net. Please list your team members and their handicaps and a telephone number.

Friday April 25, 2008 the golf ladies are invited to participate in the dedication of the new RV room at the RV park near the golf course. The ladies have donated furniture and tables for this new addition to San Saba. It will be at 12:00 noon with lunch.

The course is improving daily and we are having more and more out of town players. The San Saba Golf Course is an asset to our community! And a beautiful place to keep on “swinging!”
