Weldon and Corky Whisenant celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary, February 20, 2010 in Arlington, Texas with family and friends. Weldon Winford Whisenant and Thomas Lou (Corky) Roberds were married of February 20, 1960 at the First Baptist Church, San Saba, Texas. The ceremony was performed by Reverend Doctor R.C. Tennison. The Whisenants reside in San Antonio, Texas. Weldon is retired from Northeast School District and Corky is retired from AT&T.
