Gloria Beth (Gobe) Gatliff Lee

Gloria Beth (Gobe) Gatliff Lee, 66, of Brazoria, Texas, passed away Monday, April 14, 2008 in the Cornerstone Hospital in Houston, TX. She was born July 14, 1941, in San Saba, Tx, the daughter of Clifton Edward Gatliff and Gertie Gibson Gatliff. She attended the Assembly of God Church.

She is survived by her mother Gertie Gatliff of San Saba, two daughters: Sammy Trucellia Bailey of Lampasas, and Rebecca (Beckie) Ann Neville and her husband Troy of Brazoria, TX. Seven sisters; Dorothy Mae Duncan of San Saba, Mary Frances Riser and her husband Wayne, of San Saba, Vinna Lea Bailey and her husband Charles of Llano, Linda Joyce Russell of Leander, Oneta Bernice Hoskins and her husband Roland (Ro-Ro) of Kingsland, Brenda Nell Schneider of Llano and Emma Lena Havins and her husband Troy of Houston. Five grandchildren Tiffany Ann Ellis and her husband Bryan of Lampasas, Misty Lynn Wakeman and her husband Jason of Lampasas, Bethanie Leighan Cox of Brazoria, Troy Walker Neville Jr. of Brazoria and Cory James Neville of Brazoria and four great-grandchild Daelyn Avril Ellis of Lampasas, Harley Nicole Wakeman of Lampasas, Daecee Aimery of Lampasas and Bryton Dwayne Ellis of Lampasas and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father Clifton Edward Gatliff, and three brothers: Clifton David, Clayton Edward and Bobbie Doyle Gatliff.

Funeral Services were held Thursday, April 17, 2008 at 4:00 PM at the Howell-Doran Funeral Home with Rev. Richard Vadeventer officiating and Rev. Alan Berrio assisting. Interment followed at the Hillcrest Cemetery.

The family requests that memorials be made to the Boys and Girls Club in Lampasas, TX.
