Johnny Myers, 73, of San Saba, Texas passed away on Wednesday, January 13, 2010 at Scott and White Hospital in Temple, Texas. He was born September 2, 1936 in Richland Springs, Texas, the son of John A. Myers Sr. and Lula Mae Graham.

He is survived by his wife Betty Myers of San Saba, Texas; his son Shane A. Myers and his wife Staci of Round Rock, Texas; his daughter Shanna Mackenzie and her husband Robert of Elgin, Texas; his brother Nelson Myers of Texas; his sisters Dell Burris and her husband Johnny of California and Sally Wiley and her husband Bill of San Saba, Texas; his grandchildren Alexandria Evans, MaKenna Mackenzie, Bethanee Mackenzie, and Landon Myers; he is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his brothers, and three sisters.

Services were held Saturday, January 16, 2010 at 2:00 P.M. at the Howell-Doran Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Charlie Partin officiating.

Interment followed at Wallace Creek Cemetery.
