Nettie Jean Randolph, Kristi Ball and Kelly Jenschke went to Las Vegas to celebrate Kelli’s birthday. They were going to see Bette Middler.

The Aggies for Christ were on the Cherokee Home for Children campus. They spent time working during the day and then had devotionals and played with the children in the evening. They also attended the basketball games.

Barbara Maddox attended the funeral of her aunt Wynona Burns in Fort Worth on Saturday. This was the last sister of Skinney Estep. While in the Dallas area, Barbara stayed overnight with Roman & Angela and boys and attended church with them Sunday morning.

Diane Scott spent four days in Sweetwater visiting her brother, Joe Oliver and his wife Helen. They all had a great time..

Sam Jones has had some really cute new critters borne on the QUIETARE RANCH. Christmas day a new baby miniature donkey—Jingles—was borne and Friday a new Baby Llama entered the world. So Cute!! All are doing well Thanks To Tammy Henderson, ranch manager and the

"grandma" for the sweet new babies: They naturally picked the coldest few days of the year to show up.

There will be a Cherokee Indian Exes Basketball Game on Saturday, January 30, at 6:30 p.m. in the Cherokee High School gym. All former students of Cherokee High are invited to play. Graduates of even-numbered years will be on one team and are asked to wear a blue shirt. Graduates of odd-numbered years will be on a team and are asked to wear a white shirt. If you plan to play in the game, please email or call Kaci Morrison.

All Indian fans are invited to enjoy a night of "basketball from the past." Tickets at the gate will be $2 per person. A concession stand will also be provided for your supper plans.

Proceeds from the gate and concession stand will go to the Cherokee Junior Class as we prepare for Prom 2010.

Exes, please spread the word to all your schoolmates so that we will have lots of players and lots of fun!!!
