What a GREAT time to be an Armadillo! Although our football season ended with the loss against Cisco, the excitement and pride that we have all experienced has revitalized our school and community. The football players, coaching staff, cheerleaders, Dilloettes, band, booster club, parents, community members and everyone should feel good about what has happened this fall in San Saba. Success breeds success and I truly believe that great things are in store for all programs and students in San Saba ISD. We have had great successes in many of our programs already and the successes we have had this fall only adds to making San Saba ISD the Choice of Schools in central Texas.

The end of the first semester and the 3

Don’t forget about our Career and Technology Courses! We are doing great things to prepare students for the world of work, and stock show season is just around the corner!

Thanks again for the support of our schools. Please get plugged in somewhere in the District. We love to have volunteers, so please come by the central office to find out how to become a volunteer! We can definitely put you to work!

We are San Saba! We are together!!

rd six weeks will occur on December 18th when we break for Christmas. I would like to encourage parents to visit with their kiddos about the status of their grades and attendance. Better yet, please log-on the TxGradebook to check your student’s grades and attendance. If you don’t have access, please contact the school where your child attends school to find out how you can be connected. Or you can go to "Parent Resources" and access the information about the TxGradebook. I would also encourage parents to look at the Curriculum page on the District’s website to continue to review the CSCOPE material that is posted at this location. Each 6-weeks, CSCOPE newsletters are posted that provide a wealth of information for parents. As always, we encourage your questions and input regarding CSCOPE.
