Families, friends and graduates of the San Saba High School class of 1953 will gather in the High School cafeteria to renew memories of school days. Saturday, April 19, 2006 will be a day to remember as these old classmates reminisce about friends of the past.

Twenty-nine of the class members have committed to attend the event out of the 45 remaining members. They are coming from Colorado, Missouri and all areas in between. Several have never attended a reunion and have not seen classmates in the 55 years since graduating. As in past years, the group will begin coming at 10:30 Saturday morning and will stay to visit most of the day. Jackie Brister, who has fed the group several times at previous reunions, will cater lunch.

At the same time and date, the Class of 1957 will hold their reunion at the San Saba Community Center. Both groups will welcome and enjoy having local friends come by for a visit.
