Terry Vaughn’s dad Ronnie Vaughn had a pace maker put in last Monday.

The funeral for M.J. Kuykendall was held last Saturday at the Kuykendall Cemetery. All his children and some grandchildren were able to attend the

funeral. Marillyn Hawkins, M.J.’s sister and some of her children and

grandchildren were also here.

Carol Ann Burdine had double knee replacement surgery at Scott and White in Temple.

Esther and Dan Cox had family visiting for the Fall Festival. Their

daughter, son and his girlfriend spent the weekend in Cherokee.

Shirley Perry fell recently in San Saba and cut her leg. She is doing much better.

Ruth Newberry from Nixon, Texas visited Maybelle and Gary Ray three days last week. Joyce, Randy and Brandon Capps visited on Friday with Ruth, Maybelle and Gary. Maybelle reported that they all had a great time.
