JV Dillos Fall to Comanche

The JV Dillos lost a hard fought contest to the Comanche JV on Thursday night. The final score was San Saba 6 and Comanche 22.

Comanche received the opening kick off and mounted a long first quarter drive that resulted in the first touchdown of the game. The two point conversion was successful making the score 8-0. The Dillos answered with a scoring drive of their own. Zack Davis scored on a seven yard touchdown run. The two point conversion was unsucessful bringing the score 8-6 Comanche. In the second quarter, Comanche scored another touchdown making the game 14-6. The second half was a defensive struggle with the only score coming on a 35 yard fumble return for a touchdown by Comanche. The two point conversion was successful and it brought the game to 22 to 6 Comanche.

Playing well for the Dillos were Clayton Perry, Zack Davis, Luke Cox, Tanner Weyerts, Connor Aarington, Ian Spence, Sean Argote, Juan Garcia, and Aaron Perez.
