Monday, October 19, 2009, the San Saba Cross Country runners traveled to Brady for a meet on the course that will be used for district next Monday, October 26, 2009.

All the district teams were there except Comanche who went to Baird. Brady was very strong in the girls as they placed 5 of the top 9. San Saba girls also followed Mason as San Saba came in third ahead of Bangs, Early, Coleman & Dublin. It will be a battle to be one of the three teams going to regional.

In the boys, San Saba followed Crane & Mason, coming ahead of Brady & Dublin. They were the only three district teams in the meet.
