Thursday, October 15, 2009 • Posted October 15, 2009

The JV Dillos lost a hard fought contest to the Brady JV on Thursday night. The final score was San Saba 6 and Brady 14. This was the closest game the Brady JV has had all year.

Brady scored in the second quarter to make the score 6 to 0. Their extra point attempt was unsuccessful. The Dillos countered that score with a 50 yard touchdown pass from Clayton Perry to Luke Cox. The extra point try was unsuccessful and the score was 6-6 at halftime.

Brady scored in the third quarter and were successful on their two point conversion bringing the score to 14-6 Brady. We were able to mount a game tying drive late in the 4th quarter, but the drive was ended with an interception.

Playing well for the Dillos were Clayton Perry, Luke Cox, Zack Davis, JT Mathis, Diego Montoya, Russton Ellis, Russell Lowe, Sean Argote, Conner Aarington, and Nathan Amstead.

We play Early there on Thursday at 6:00 P.M. We look forward to seeing you come out and support these young men in their efforts. WE ARE SAN SABA WE ARE TOGETHER!!
