3rd Annual BINGO & Chili Supper
Thursday, October 15, 2009 • Posted October 15, 2009

The Richland Springs Coyote Booster Club will be hosting their 3rd Annual BINGO Night/Chili Supper on Saturday, October 24th, 2009 at the Richland Springs Cafetorium. Chili Supper will start at 5 p.m. and the cost will be $5 per person (All you can eat).

BINGO will start at 7 p.m. BINGO cards will be $1 per card, per game. There will be a couple of BLACKOUT games at the end of the night and they will cost $5 per card, per game.

Last year, over $3000 in prizes was given away and hope to top that this year.

Many great prizes were given out last year and here is just a sample of what was available: oil changes, body massages, elk skin gloves, camo wear, newspaper subscriptions, Circle “E” candles, earrings, haircuts, hair products, Six Flags Tickets, window tints, Croc Sandals, deer processing, luggage set, rounds of golf, shop vac, mountain bike, a complete Christmas package, and many, many food certificates.

The two BLACKOUT prizes were a one hour Airplane Ride for two and a weekend get-a-way for two, that included a hotel and steak dinner.

This year there will also be drawings for some great free door prizes throughout the night, but the only way to qualify for the drawing is, you must dress up in some kind of a costume!

This fundraiser is to raise money for the Coyote Booster Club to help the Athletic Department purchase any items they may need throughout the year. The fundraiser also helps the Booster Club award a $500 scholarship each year. The Coyote Booster Club (through sales and fundraisers) has donated approximately $47,000 in items for the Coyote Athletic programs over the past six years. This successful fundraiser could not be possible without the great generosity of all of our sponsors that donate the prizes! There are many businesses from San Saba, Brown, McCullough, and Mills Counties that contribute to this fundraiser and the Richland Springs Coyote Booster Club would like to say “THANK YOU” for your great support! Everyone from San Saba County and around the area is invited to come out and enjoy this fun and exciting evening. See you there!
