Widely acclaimed children’s entertainer and educator, Ms. Shelia, moves to San Saba

Shelia Meador, widely acclaimed children’s entertainer and educator known by her fans as “Ms. Shelia” is currently providing entertaining and educational musical opportunities for children of all ages in San Saba and surrounding counties. Recently transplanted from Sugar Land, Texas, Shelia and her family have moved to San Saba with plans to bring her style of encouraging entertainment to San Saba youngsters.

Gifted in music, with a love for kids, being the mother of eight and grandmother to six, Ms. Shelia brings over 30 years experience as a children’s entertainer and educator to the San Saba community. She recently performed two mini concerts in Mill Pond Park, playing to over 500 guests during a community event sponsored by Hill Country Bible Church. More recently in what she hopes is the first of a continuing program, she participated in a “Story Hour” class for preschoolers and their mothers at Rylander Library. Her next scheduled appearance there is October 21st at 10:00 am.

Under the company name of FunShine Entertainment™, Ms Shelia is available for special events, birthday parties, concerts and school presentations. She includes costumes such as Mother Goose, puppets, musical instruments, arts and crafts, balloons and face painting in her wide ranging approach to entertaining and educating children of all ages.
