2009 - 2010 Richland Springs Band – Director, Dwayne Bishop has renewed the spirit of band at Richland Springs. His commitment to the students in grades 7-12 has grown the band to 35 students strong. Mr. Bishop is a Marine who demonstrates leadership, discipline and structure to his band students. Good teachers make good things happen. Good things are happening at Richland Springs.
